2 years on...
It’s hard to believe it’s already been two years since taking over Braintree Podiatry. A great deal has evolved during that time, and we’re incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made.
One of the most significant developments has been the growth of our team. We’ve welcomed new members, including podiatry assistants, enabling us to offer more affordable appointments for suitable low-risk patients. This has allowed us to improve accessibility while maintaining the high standards of care we’re known for.
We’ve also introduced Phits orthotics to the clinic—high-quality, 3D-printed insoles that provide an excellent fit with a fast turnaround. The feedback has been extremely positive, and we’re pleased to continue offering innovative, effective solutions for our patients.
Our domiciliary service has expanded, allowing us to provide care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This has been an important step in reaching those who may find it difficult to attend the clinic. We’ve made improvements to the clinic itself, including the addition of new signage to the front and side of the building—small changes that have made a meaningful difference in helping patients find us. We’ve also begun building relationships with a local charity, which we look forward to developing further as part of our commitment to the community.
Of course, there have been challenges along the way. Growing a team while maintaining consistently high standards requires ongoing effort, communication, and dedication. One of our key priorities has been to remain open six days a week, something made possible by the hard work and commitment of the entire team.
Looking ahead, our focus is on steady, sustainable growth while continuing to strengthen our presence within the local community. We’re excited about the future and grateful for the continued trust and support of our patients.
